Join our 30-35 minute fitness and conditioning classes!
At our short, intense, fitness classes, you have the oportunity to train with a positive, motivated group of men and women of all ages and fitness levels all at completely your own pace.
Every session is different and are generally focused on cardio and body-weight exercises to assist weight-loss, fitness, strength and conditioning. Some members have lost significant amounts of weight through this program, come along and let them tell you themselves.
Regardless of your current level of fitness, you will see results from these classes! They are short, fun and designed to give you real results! If you think 30 minutes isn't long enough to get a workout, come and see for yourself, you may well be surprised.
Classes are held in Howick on Monday and Thursday evenings and are only are only $10 each!

Howick College - Mini Gym
Sandspit Road, Howick
Take the driveway opposite Caltex. Veer down to the left into the main carpark. There are two gyms, we train in the one on the left (smaller gym).
Monday: 6.15pm to 6:45pm (approx)
Thursday: 6.15pm to 6:45pm (approx)
Cost: $10 per class or $70 for 8 classes ($8.75 per class)
Classes are held every Monday and Thursday except for public holidays. See you there!
