Terms and Conditions of Event Booking 

Course Content

All course content is protected by copyright and is the intellectual property of Protect. No recording (including but not limited to audio, video recording and still camera photos) or duplication of the material is permitted. 

Attendees acknowledge:

a)   They are attending the course willingly and understand that they have the freedom to choose whether or not to participate in activities, role plays, examples, exercises, drills or any other part of the course/event.
b)   A disclaimer form including information on medical histories or physical limitations will be required of every course participant. Although Protect takes all possible precautions to ensure the safety of all attendees/participants, attendees/participants acknowledge that participation is completely at their own risk and neither Protect, Protects Instructors, Associates, Facilitators or agents can be held in any way responsible for, and are therefore completely indemnified against, any injury or damage to yourself or property while attending any Protect Course, Training or Event of any type.  It is recommended that you consult with a physician before participating in any form of exercise or exercise program.
c)   Results indicated that could be achieved by attending any Protect course or training/event are provided as examples only and are based on previous attendee/participant achievements and experience. Attendees acknowledge their own decisions/abilities/situations may or may not lead them to achieve the same result but that the results referred to are possible because others have achieved them.

Protect therefore cannot be held responsible for any outcomes obtained by participants or any injury or other negative effect experienced as a result of attending an event/seminar/training.
 

General Conditions

Protect reserves the right to cancel/postpone courses and make changes to advertised course content and speakers if deemed necessary.
Protect reserves the right to refuse a customer access to the course or ask an attendee to leave the course for the benefit of other participants.

Cancellations

Once a booking has been made for a course, customers who cancel:
a)   Within three working days of the date of the course will not be eligible for a refund or transfer to another course.
b)  Prior to four working days before the date of the course will receive a full refund less a cancellation fee of $20. Alternatively customers who cancel well before four working days of the date of the course may either transfer to a future Protect course of the same value and type with the consent of Protect or obtain a full refund.

No Refunds

Customers who book for courses and do not show up for the course forfeit their right to any refund and are obligated to complete the full payment terms of their booking.
