Public Group Classes
Ongoing group classes, constant confidence.
Protect Self Defence offer regular weekly classes for people looking for ongoing training and fitness. This is a highly cost effective way of keeping the self protection and self defence skills and knowledge in the conscious forefront of your mind, and a great way to regularly exercise and get in shape in a supportive and positive environment with like-minded people.
Our weekly group classes are engaging, fun and maximise the reality based experience by covering every aspect of self protection.
